We are a hands on REO producer with over a decade of experience and first hand market knowledge of the Las Vegas area that provides personalized quality service. Our current clients include: One West Bank, American Home Mortgage Servicing, Coldwell Banker NRT, National Default Servicing, PMH, Old Republic, Equity Pointe, and Fannie Mae. We strive to be a community leader in support and sales and are proud to have a large network of buyers' agents that we continually work with over and over again because of our reliable communication and immediate response time on offers, counter offers, and highest and best negotiations.
Our aggressive marketing approach uses current technology with blast email flyers and over 20 Websites. Open houses are held often as possible to maximize buyer traffic. During Routine Inspections air fresheners are placed in each property. Dry Erase boards highlight property features to prospective buyers. In addition we have partnered with an interior design firm to stage all listings over $300,000 as a complimentary service.
We have assisted several nationwide lenders and asset management firms in the successful closing of over 320 condominium, single family, multifamily and commercial real estate assets.
