Tara Owen has been instrumental in the expediential growth of Las Vegas. She has witnessed the roller coaster ride of Las Vegas firsthand as Las Vegas soared to the fastest growing city in the United States, new home sales and construction dominated the market to first time home buyers and investors alike only to watch the city plummet in all it's glory to break new records as the highest foreclosure capital in the United States accompanied by the highest unemployment rate in the Nation. She has witnessed and reached out to assist her friends as they struggled to keep their homes. She witnesses day in and day out the current struggle of Las Vegas communities and the devastation of the economy that has hit Las Vegas at the very core. Vacant shopping centers and homes that once gave way to a thriving metropolitan area. She helped build Las Vegas in the 20 years she has served this city and she is just as dedicated in her mission to preserve it. Tara understands the importance of giving back to the community that has provided the very foundation for who she is today. Through these challenging economic times that has threatened to rock the very foundation of Las Vegas, Tara evolved to become a community leader, actively volunteering her time to habitat for humanity and Nevada Legal Services helping to rebuild Las Vegas communities as well as assist distressed homeowners with viable options.
Her team reaches out to make sure that animals of foreclosures are not left behind in the desert heat by assisting 'NO Paws Left Behind' a nonprofit organization that helps to find loving homes for pets that are left behind by their owners out of fear or stress of losing their home. We go to great lengths to find temporary housing if needed until the distressed homeowners are able to get back on their feet and can be reunited with their loving pet.

Our team strives to rebuild a sense of community by offering and organizing a community watch program for our distressed homes on the market. We provide emergency hotline numbers and immediate assistance within the community of one of our foreclosed properties. We encourage neighbors to take an active part in restoring their neighborhood by providing them with the necessary tools needed in case of an emergency to a property listed by our office. Our hotline is often used for properties that are listed outside our office. Team work is our motto as we reach out to assist the fellow listing agent in protecting their asset. By working together we successfully restore a sense of community pride into our city and communities. Properties that were once subject to becoming vandalized in the past are now protected and cared for as a community by the community on a broader level because of a common goal.
Little by little our team works hard to aid our neighbors, help stabilize our communities, support our fellow homeowners, and assist in steadily trying to elevate property values. With education, advocacy, innovation, and determination we are able to bring communities together and achieve property preservation on a broader, less expensive, level. By working together we can make great things happen.
Our goal is to deliver on every expectation in every aspect.
LIVE, WORK, PLAY, INVEST.
"Opening the doors TO Vegas Homes."
Foreclosure pets who were once a vital part of a happy family suddenly find themselves alone, helpless, and in many cases, starving due to foreclosure. Most owners never intended for the end of a relationship that was once loving to turn abusive, but it's important to understand the emotional toll it takes on a family to lose a home. It's not always easy to find a good home for a pet, or possible to take a loyal friend along to a new home, or a temporary stay with relatives. The misconception, that homeowners are thrown out of homes with their belongings thrown on the curb, only adds to the sense of urgency to leave and hope for the best for their pets. Many times, an animal who has become a part of the family is not taken to a shelter for care, for fear of the pet being euthanized. But we are here to help! As a team, we actively participate in this organization by finding loving homes for homeless pets of foreclosure. All too often we take them in ourselves until the homeowner lands on their feet or we can find a loving home. Knowledge is the best tool when faced in this situation. Please before you do nothing give us a call, we are here to help you make the best and loving decision for your pet that has loved you throughout the years!
Because together we can make a difference and manifest change as we strive for a better earth for the future generation. Our team uses every meaningful way possible to contribute to a better environment and to be conscious of the way we utilize our resources and recycling and reusing what we do use a long the way. By being conscious of our present we strive and can make a difference in our future.
